- Choose your server and channel.
- Check the connection and welcome message.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 3 active alerts in total, every alert type and both channels. No credit card is required.
Do I need to keep the website open?
Once your alert is created and your channel is connected, monitoring runs on the server. You can close the website.
How are Telegram and Discord different?
Telegram delivers to your conversation with the bot. Discord delivers to a channel on a server where you can manage webhooks. Choose Telegram, Discord or both for each alert. Delivery to both counts as one alert.
Does an alert tell me what to buy?
No. It tells you that a condition you set has been met. It does not place trades or predict the next move.
Can I pause alerts or cancel my subscription?
You can pause, resume or delete your alerts in the app. Manage your subscription from your account.
I did not receive my alert.
Check that the alert is active, its condition has been met and the right channel is connected. An alert being created does not mean a message has been delivered. Check its status in the app.
